You can sublimate the entire thing or keep it white and do a partial sublimation. Either way it comes out great, and looks like a seem-less cut and sew print.
This sleeve is fit for competition, moisture wicking, and carries a tear away tag on the inside.

M: 4" wide x 12" tall
L: 5" wide x 14" tall
XL: 5.7" wide x 15.75" tall
XXL: 7" wide x 16.5" tall
