Can I buy Blanks from you? Yes of course! That is our specialty and you may shop all blank Silky Socks items on this page.
Are there any price breaks for buying more Blanks? We have price breaks at 6+ and 12+ on a certain item. That will show up directly on the website as you increase your quantity to 6 or 12. The next price break we offer is at 300+, 500+ and 1000+ of a certain blank item. To get those price breaks you must email us at info@silkysocks.com.
Do you run Sales? We typically run 2 sales per month! Be on the lookout for these sales in our FB group "Sublimation with Silky Socks" as well as we will post the code here on the website and send an email to our email subscribers list. It is a 10% off all blanks sale typically.
Do I need a wholesale account? No. We have removed the wholesale account requirement. So you do not need an account to buy from us. You can shop directly on the website and receive wholesale pricing (which is equivalent to our 12+ price break). So it goes by quantity now, the more you buy the more you save!
Can I order custom printed merchandise where you do the printing for me?
We no longer offer sublimation printing ourselves but we have a network of printers we can refer you to who will use Silky Socks blanks and print them for you. To get connected shoot us an email and provide us your desired quantity and deadline and we will get you connected to one of our awesome printers. Email info@silkysocks.com
How can I learn how to Sublimate on your products? All of our products have tutorial videos associated with them. If you click a blank items, on the products page of that item you will find short tutorial videos there of us making the item. You can also find more tutorial videos on our YouTube, Tik Tok, Instagram and FB (@silkysocks), which remain active daily!
Do you need a JIG to make socks? Yes you need JIGS for our athletic socks, streetwear socks, Dress socks and knee high socks for the best wearability and printability. The socks need to be stretched during production so when a person puts them on and naturally stretches them the design still looks great. The good news is we supply JIGS for all of the above items for purchase. The ones we sell are the ones we actually use in production and in all of our videos. We made them for these products. Our no show socks come pre-loaded with JIGS so you that’s the only style that doesn’t need a JIG purchased separately.
Underwear, Arm sleeves, Headbands and Shirts do not require JIGS. You just lay them down and press them.
Can I pickup my order? We actually offer pickup only on large sized order of: 300+ pairs or 100+ shirts. That’s the rules of the warehouse fulfillment center. All other orders must be shipped.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
1 business day processing time + Ship time from Ontario, California. Ground Ship time can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending where you are in the USA. Faster options are available upon checkout, but we still require processing time of 1 business day, and sometimes 2 during busier times or when we run a Sale. We will adjust accordingly and strive to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Note: We are not responsible for courier delays. Sometimes the shipping courier may take a little longer than expected during transit, and that is our of our control.
We offer shipping via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Amazon shipping. Live shipping rates will be populated based on the estimated weight of your package. Please note: If you select a ground shipping option from any courier, our warehouse may switch it to Amazon shipping. They do this because they have the highest volume of packages, daily shipping and latest pickup times with Amazon logistics. So you may notice that on Ground or Smart Post packages. If this is an issue, please email us as you place your order to ensure we only ship with your selected courier. And if you choose an expedited shipping method, like Priority or 3-day/2-day/Overnight, we will always follow the expedited shipping method and courier.
We also offer Free Shipping for orders over $150 within the mainland USA (excluding HI and Alaska). These will ship FedEx Ground or the cheapest available courier to us.
Do you ship to Canada? Yes we do. You may choose FedEx, UPS, or USPS and see the published rates offered.
Do you ship Internationally? Yes we ship worldwide. We have many customers that have our product shipped to Australia and Europe amongst other locations. International Shipping rates are based on weight. For fastest shipping time international we recommend choosing FedEx or UPS on checkout. USPS International shipping can take from 2-12 weeks depending on your location.

Where are you located? California. Our distribution center is in Ontario, CA and that’s where all the orders ship from.
Do you have Distributors whom I can purchase Silky Socks from? Yes. We proudly have have 3 distributor partners, and you may shop with them to receive authentic Silky Socks products at the same prices as shopping with us, and receive the same amazing Silky Socks blank products. These distributors are:

WILL THE COLORS FADE?
No, they will not fade. We recommend washing cold wash with Like colors and hang drying. Our Colors are crisp and clean and are part of the fabric of the sock, so if you take care of your fabric your socks will last you a long time!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Blanks: We do not take returns on blank items including Sample Packs. However if we sent you the wrong size or style we will take care of you and get you the correct items. If you'd like to exchange some blanks for other blanks, this must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product, and you would be responsible to send back the unworn, new merchandise. Then once received and checked we would provide you with a store credit to make another purchase with a 10% restocking fee.

International Shipping Liability Disclaimer: Silky Socks gladly provides worldwide shipping, however, all international shipments are at the liability of the buyer. We take all appropriate steps to ensure your package reaches you safely, and we've had great success doing so, but there are variables such as international customs, VAT, and any other taxes or expenses, that are out of the control of Silky Socks and the responsibility of the buyer.
