      "How will my design be printed?"

      You are currently viewing the front of the socks. The same image/design will be printed on the back of the socks.

      "Can I put my design on the sides?"

      Yes. If you would like the design on the sides of each sock, treat the socks above as a side view. Then, in the comments section when checking out please specify "Side/Side Layout" and we got you covered!

      "Can I design using my phone?"

      Yes. The Silky Socks Mobile App is the suggested way to design on your phone. The mobile app is available on both the App Store and Google Play.

      "Can I design something different on the front and back?"

      Yes. If you would like to design something different on the front and back of the socks, you can use the left sock as the back, and the right sock as the front. In the comments section when checking out please specify "Back-Front layout".

      "How big should the images / files be?"

      For best quality, we recommend that the images should be at least 150 DPI at the print size.

      The correct art file size for our products are as follows:

      • Full-Size Sock: 20" tall by 10" wide
      • Black Foot Sock: 9" tall by 10" wide
      • All T-shirts: 32" tall by 38" wide
      • Arm Sleeves: 17" tall by 7" wide

      "What file formats do you accept?"

      The customizer will accept images that are PNG or JPEG format.

      "How Long does it take to get an order?"

      For a custom order, it takes 3-4 business days for our team to print and package up your order to be shipped. You should then account for another 2-4 days of shipping time, depending on where you live (We ship all orders from Anaheim, California). RUSH service is available upon checkout. If you choose the rush option, the order will take 2-3 business days for production +1-2 days shipping time.

      "How do I save my design or send it to friends to order?"

      When you click on "Create This Product" then a unique custom product with a unique URL link will be created just for you. This url can be used by you at any time to reorder, return and make a purchase or send to friends and family so they can purchase without having to recreate the design!
