Your own designs on custom made gang sheet with sublimation printing! With this all you need is a heatpress and your blanks then you press yourself.
Sheets are printed using our in house, high quality printers. It works great on our blank Silky Socks and other Polyester items. Make sure the Polyester count is high (at least 60% or higher) and the base fabric is white or a light color for the sublimation to work.
Click Create a Gang sheet and arrange your logos on the next screen.
Suggested time and temperature = 400 degrees F for 45-60 seconds with a medium pressure.
Then peel away and watch the fabric get dyed beautifully with your design embedded on it forever.
