Beanies

So you may call it a skull cap or a skullie. I call it a beanie. Either way this is going to be a beautiful addition to your sublimation product line!

The blank Beanies come in 3 thicknesses (Thin, Mid, and Thick) and 7 styles total as follows:

1) Thin (Comes as an Acrylic white interior) 
Measures 10" x 9.25" tall when laying flat.

2) Mid White Interior (Poly/Spandex blend white interior) 
Measures  10" x 9.25" tall when laying flat.

3) Mid Black Interior (Most Popular style) 
Measures  10" x 9.25" tall when laying flat.

4) Mid V2 Black interior (Shorter in length). 
Measures 10" x 8.5" tall when laying flat.

5) XL Mid Black interior:  Our only XL Beanie suitable for those with bigger heads. 
Measures 10.5" x 9" tall when laying flat.

6) Thick (Comes in a light brown fuzzy interior also made of Polyester/Spandex) Measures 10" x 9.25" tall when laying flat.

7) Thick V2 (Shorter in length) 
Measures 10" x 8.5" tall when laying flat.

All styles sublimate amazing on the outside and have the ability to eliminate the line on the sides, Using the Silky Jigs we provide and the roll technique.  Our JIG is a little bigger than the Beanie itself and shaped like the beanie.  We suggest using 2 JIGS for the Thick beanies, doubling up the thickness, which makes it easier to do the roll technique. And one JIG for the thin and mid beanies.   

Heatpress at 400 degrees and 30-35 seconds.
