Product was great. Been ordering from them for years. My shipment was lost temporarily and I reached out to silky for help. I was quickly met with a response that it was not their responsibility once the package left. Thought that was kind of crummy. If one of my clients items gets lost in transit, I replace it immediately for the customer and then file a insurance claim with the carrier. I’ve never imagined telling one of my customers I won’t help.

Attempt at a detailed honest review. First off these thongs sublimate exceptionally well. Very satisfied I can’t wait to get fully up and running to start pushing these items heavily!! The form fitted style looks great. They are surprisingly light weight for a synthetic material. The recommended time and temp worked perfect for my heat press. The only two issues that have come up are minor. It would be nice if these came with a jig as the socks do. You will need to mock up a jig or you’ll get press lines on the front from the seams of the back. Pillows are too thick to easily pull off the roll method as used for the socks to prevent a white seam be sure to use a thin jig. The only other item that came up from a client is they wish the cotton liner was a tiny bit bigger. Over all I would give these a solid 9 out of ten! Thank you silky socks I look forward to future orders.
